I have been in real estate since 2003. I started out helping investors find properties and getting them rented. It was a time when things were fast and furious. I purchased eleven homes myself.
However, this section is intended to delve into to who I am and how you can depend on me to work on behalf of your best interests. I think the best way to do that is to explain my passions and the things about which I am most interested. Everything starts with my family. I have three grown sons and three fabulous grandchildren. My wife and I adore each other after twenty-three years together. I am college educated in mathematics and chemistry and came out of college to work for IBM. After eleven years at IBM a took a position at a small software start-up and stayed in IT for many years working for Tandem Computers, Compaq Computers and serving recently as a consultant to Hewlett Packard restructuring their Latin American Sales, Marketing and Operations for their NonStop division.
My passions start with volunteering. I have yet to find a volunterring opportunity I could say "No" to. As a Realtor in Prescott, I joined six Association committees. I ran two big tent events to raise money for Wounded Warriors, and several thousand Christmas parcels for the troops at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan. I was a Big Brother for a troubled twelve year old and helped with events that were held for the disabled people who were being serviced by the home care company my wife worked for.
Over the years I have written two books (On Amazon), three screenplays and a sitcom. I love reading about the revolutionary war, its aftermath and the struggles to become a soverign nation. I am an old-school thinker that while contracts are written documents and one must adhere to all the Ts and Cs, the handshake from an ethical person is all I need as I am the same way. If asked for references, you will surely receive rave reviews. In my circle of family and friends we will die for one another.
